Applimate is currently in closed beta, shared with a limited group of testers ahead of public release. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and the Applimate app, and how it's used. It will be expanded before public launch.
What we collect
- Account details you provide when signing up (name, email, phone number)
- Appliance, warranty, and service-record data you add in the app, including any invoices or documents you upload
- Messages you send us through the contact form on this site
- Basic, non-identifying usage data (which pages are visited, app download counts) to understand beta usage
Why we collect it
- To provide the core features of Applimate — tracking your appliances, warranties, and service history
- To respond to messages and support requests you send us
- To understand how the beta is being used and improve the product before public release
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to operate the app and this website (for example, cloud file storage and message delivery). We do not sell your personal data. A detailed list of these providers will be published here before public launch.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing privacy@applimate.in.
